adrock2xander transpires (and promises to post some pictures soon)
adrock2xander is 1 month 0 days without a cigarette.
Yeppers...one fuckin month...
The benefits of a nicotine-free life is beginnin to show...my clothes and fingers dont smell no more...i dont let out a heavy wheez whenever i breathe or sleep...i no longer develop a thick-greenish glob of phlem that has weird colored residue in it...the soccer game i had over the weekend saw me runnin and chasin rather effortlessly for the ball...
Quite a new feelin indeed...i gota tell ya...a month is a long time...i never knew i would have gone this far without a cigarette...i feel fresh and rejuvenated...i had my reservations initially...i mean...QUIT SMOKIN??? WTF ARE YOU SMOKIN?!!?!? (no pun intended)
Internet connections's still not up...a friendly check on Telstra rendered it inconclusive...i could be waitin anythin from between 2 weeks to a month for the ADSL...

First week of lectures came and went...i gota say...the country and culture has changed...but adrock2xander hasnt...i find myself the subject of peculiar probes and adulations by fellow school mates and peeps alike...somehow they've this strange fascination with my purple hair with blonde streaks...
Or how bout the endless stream compliments i receive from Aussies who profess their admiration of adrock2xander's standard of spoken and written English...

On a side note...April has brought up a rather interestin topic that's subject to contention...
Apparently attendance isnt taken in lectures and half my tutorials...now in theory...that isnt such a biggie...but when you've been bombarded by billboards and visual messages of the hazards of not achievin 80% of ya attendances and manipulated into believin that the penalties are deportation and revocation of ya visa...naturally you would find yaself sittin through lectures and tutes even if it means stiflin yawns or lettin off silent farts...
Perhaps i should stop attendin lectures...as it is...they ARE all available online...

And as much as i try to remain as inconspicuous as possible...my potty head of hair...coupled with some intelligent/humorous writin for a short essay in my first Professional Writin tutorial...just cry out for attention...my Prof. Writin lecture/tutor Roger...who spots quite a potty head of hair himself (read: bald pate + big curly white hair by the side) has nominated me as the Class Representative...
