Feet

Her beautiful feet fits the glass slippers like a glove...perky and dainty...she skips along the street in gentle steps...the world stops when she commutes...all eyes are on the beautiful strides she takes...those lovely calves are followed by millions of eyes...such tender skin...uncalloused and pedicured...leavin flakey 'lil trails of dust behind her...kickin up a tiny storm...large enough to kick up a papparazzi furore...small enough to get her around un-noticed...

His rough and pungent feet...all 25 years of calloused skin...snug and comfortable in tattered mules...follows closely behind...deprived of care and pamper...but hardened by years of muscular work...willingly settlin the dust she's kicked up...poundin the street in large boisterous strides...at times walkin abreast of her...at times stoppin to clear a large branch...but never 2 steps behind...

They sit together...all 4 limbs inextricably linked in some fairy tale way...keepin each other company...she detests his rough and gruff feet...but simply cannot do without his willingness to make her walk easier...he hates her smooth limbs...but simply cannot do without her softness and kindness...they walk together...step by step...limb for limb...never once lookin back...for the steps they take will be forever...
