"It's rainin rain...hallelujah it's rainin rain..."
This has been the scene that greets Singaporeans when they head out for lunch for the last few days. Extended lunch hours...traffic jams...clothes that refuses to dry...and when they do...they smell real bad...
The reason the Singapore Meteorologist gave was just bout a slap to regular peeps' business and daily-goings..."No Can Do" we cry...but what can we do about the monsoon season that coincides with high tides...
